Meet Dr. Casey Hogan (Oak Lawn, IL)

Casey L. Hogan, OD, FAAO, FSLS, Dipl. AAO received her Doctor of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry (ICO), after which she went on to complete a primary care residency at ICO, and continued fellowship training at the prestigious Boston Medical Center. She served on faculty as Assistant Professor for over ten years at ICO, and also served as adjunct faculty for the Cornea and Contact Lens residency program.

Her passion lies in ocular surface disease and specialty contact lens care. She recently earned the distinct honor of becoming a diplomate of the American Academy of Optometry and is the immediate past Diplomate Chair of the Anterior Segment Section. She is a consultant within the contact lens industry, has served on pharmaceutical advisory boards, and is President of the Illinois College of Optometry Alumni Association Board of Directors.

Dr. Hogan is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, a Fellow of the Scleral Lens Education Society, and a member of the American Optometric Foundation President’s Circle.

She is a member of numerous professional organizations and is a past President of Special Olympics Chicago.

In her free time, she enjoys studying piano, spending time with her family and dogs.
